  1. General Rules

    1. All Members will obey the servers ROE
    2. Hacking or Cheating in anyway will result in being kicked from the clan and reported to to the affective GSP
    3. Treat other players with the same amount of respect you expect from them
    4. Have fun remember it`s just a game.
    5. Dual or cross membership will not be allowed.
    6. We do not support any type of violence including scroll-line swearing, Harassment, etc...
    7. If you leave the clan at any time you will not share any sort of information about =NSD=.
    8. Stat-Padding is, in anyway NOT allowed.
    9. No Bad mouthing any clans/players on the SGS/WAGE/Igame or any forums.
    10. No bad language can be used in the scroll line (All,Team,Squad)
    11. Players need to have a available Internet connection.

    Requirements to join and stay in =NSD= Never Say Die clan in Battlefield 3

    1. Players will be required to be on teamspeak for at least 5hrs per week
    2. Players must play a minimum of 5hrs of Battlefield 3 per week.
    3. Players have to attend at least 1 practice/play session per week.
    4. Players must attend (if required) at least 1 clan match per week.
    5. Players MUST be on Teamspeak at least 30mins before a set clan match.
    6. Players MUST enter their correct cell/contact number into their Profile
    7. Players will have 2 weeks after the launch of Battlefield 3 to get the game (if a valid reason is given this may be extended)


    [Should the player give notice that he/she may not meet any of the above requirements, they may  come to an agreement.]

    =NSD= Warning system:

    1st  Warning is a notice that the player/s has been entered into the warning system
    2nd  Warning will result in the player/s not playing in any clan activities.
    3rd Warning will result in the player/s being reduced to the =nsd= tags and being disallowed from any matches.
    4th  Warning will result in the player/s being removed from the =NSD= clan
    (players will be given a chance to appeal before being removed)

    1. Causing issues on public servers
    2. Not attending matches/practices
    3. Teamkilling before a clan match
    4. Not meeting teamspeak time requirements
    5. Not meeting play time per week
